No.... the answer is much simpler than that. some ISP's simply do not allow you to send a message with another ISP's header. ie. you have two ISP's 1) freeserve 2) Tiscali you open your email client and compose a message from ***@freeserve, connect using Tiscali and send. Tiscali's mail server will block the mail.
